Hi Chris
& Donna
Just a
short email to say many thanks for transporting Carbonero to his new home in
Leicestershire.
My wife
and I havent owned a horse for a very long time so we very nervous but
shouldnt have been he was clearly in expert hands!! He arrived safely
despite all that mother nature could throw at us -The ice and snow is finally
starting to disappear at long last!
He has
settled in extremely well, due, Im sure in no small part to his safe handling.
He has made friends already and seems to be enjoying his new life.
Thanks
again and we will certainly recommend you highly!
Regards
and thanks again

Good morning Chris,
I just wanted to take the time to drop you a line to thank you for the five star treatment Kali received from you when you moved him from Hereford to our new yard near Reading in Berkshire. As first-time horse owners, we were (understandably) nervous and anxious and the treacherous weather conditions were against us from the start. Your good humour (and fantastic stories) put both Em and I at ease, and your kind and sympathetic handling of Kali was fabulous. You transported him safely despite the ridiculous amount of ice and snow on the minor routes. He arrived at his new home supremely chilled and was tucking into his haylage within minutes of being in his new box always a sign of a happy horse!
Kali continues to settle in well (no doubt due, at least in part, to the relaxed way in which he was transported/arrived). He has made friends with a lovely Connemara/Arab cross in the next door box and went out for a short hooley in the small outdoor school yesterday. His groom says he continues to be calm and unflappable, but he watches all the goings on in the barn with great interest his sweet grey head is pretty much always over his door, ears pricked.
Chris I would not hesitate to recommend you and Donna (already have in fact). Knowing how to drive an HGV does not a horse transporter make your many years of handling horses (and your obvious knowledge and love of them) is obvious and sets you apart.
Best wishes and many thanks,
Naomi Higgins <naomihi@microsoft.com>

Hi
Just a
quick note to thank you for bringing my horse down on Saturday.
Dibbles is
the first horse I have ever owned and to be able to have him brought
within 24 hours of buying him meant such a lot to me but the best part was the
fact that, for at least two years he hasn't travelled but he was loaded with a
great deal of care and when he arrived he was eating happily within minutes
completely relaxed and unphased by the journey..
Once
again many thanks,
Trudie
